Age Verification & Compliance
Creator Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID verification
- All individuals appearing in content must be 18+ and verified
- Must maintain records proving age compliance (2257 compliance where applicable)
- Content must comply with German JMStV (Youth Media Protection) regulations
User Requirements
- Must confirm 18+ age status before accessing adult content
- Must comply with local laws regarding adult content consumption
- Responsibility to ensure legal access in their jurisdiction

Enforcement & Consequences
Warning System
We use a progressive enforcement system:
- First Violation: Warning and content removal
- Repeat Violations: Temporary account restriction
- Serious/Continued Violations: Account suspension or permanent ban
- Illegal Content: Immediate ban and law enforcement reporting
Appeals Process
Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting our support team within 30 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the original decision maker.
