Creator Earnings

Minimum payout thresholds
Tax withholding requirements
Processing fees
Compliance with payment processor requirements

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our Platform.

Platform Content

The Platform itself, including its design, functionality, and proprietary features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Copyright Compliance

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international copyright laws. We will respond to valid copyright claims and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
